SAT Critical Reading

Hey everyone,

I just took my first SAT (since sixth grade) in October and here are my scores:

CR: 670
Math: 800
Writing: 730
Multiple Choice: 76
Essay: 8

Composite: 2200

My goal is a 2300 and I really want to raise my Critical Reading score and score at least a 10 on the essay. Does anyone have any advice on how to study and prepare for the Critical Reading section and how to write the essay better? Before the test, I drilled vocabulary and did some practice Critical Reading tests from the Blue Book, but I definitely scored better on practice tests than on the real one.

If you have any advice to offer, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!

probably work on vocab if you feel you have room to improve… good luck!
