SAT Essay...

I'm taking the SAT in January and I am worried about the essay section because I can write, but I have trouble coming up with supporting evidence...
Like, for example, one of the esssay topic is "do changes that make our lives easier not necessarily make them better?" and the only thing I can think of is "technology" and I probably should come up with at least 2-3...
What should I do??

Internet, Teachers, and Machinery is what I thought of.

If you can’t think of something, maybe try and think of evidence that isn’t so general.

For prompts like these (for actually almost all prompts), I try to pick one example from history and one from personal experience.

I would probably talk about the introduction of slavery into America. Slaveholders lives were made easier by the introduction of slave labor; they could more easily earn money. However, this change did not make their lives better: they eventually were perceived as inhumane, especially when the abolitionist movement grew.

Then I would also BS some personal example. Likeeeee, my friend got a new cell phone, so she could more easily communicate with people, but she became more materialistic and self-centered.
