Fieldsmedal:

1600 (7th) / 1600 (10th)

Are you insane? Gosh, you put me into shame! Pls confirm if it's true. I'm feeling an adrenaline rush already, an urge to work work work...

With a name like fieldsmedal, he should have scored a 1610/1600 in 7th grade.

1400 (7th) / 1600 (11th)

1290 (7th)/ 1520 (11th)

1210 (7th) to 1500 (11th)

1250 --- 1570

No one I know takes the SAT in 7th grade. You guys are all weirdos.

You need to get out and meet more people. I know lots of young people who take the SAT (or the ACT, or both) in seventh grade.

tokenadult it really depends on where you are from. i could go out and meet more people all day and hardly find anyone who took the SATs in 7th grade. those kids need to go out and play a little more

Yep, I bet it has a lot to do with location. I'm in the Seattle area, and no one at public schools takes the SAT until Junior year. However, I bet it would be different at private schools.

Many of my classmates in seventh grade took the SAT. In fact, the testing room was full of seventh graders from nearby middle schools as well.

I do not attend a private school. My middle school was an average public one.

Hmm...the Seattle area IS one of the areas where kids might take these exams early.

Robinson Center | Programs: WSYS - Test Requirements

lol wow! Looks like I was just way wrong. My bad. Sorry!

1290 -- 1540/2300

When you take it that early it's called Above Level Testing and it is very discriminating (let's just say in a mathematical way, not racial or social). In our school it was offered free to the students that had scored in the top 5% of grade level standardized tests (public school) through the Duke University TIP (talent identification program). For many students it is the first "official" notice that they are truly gifted. With this knowledge you can search in your area for schools that offer magnet programs that cater to the academically gifted. In general it has nothing to do with private schools because in most cases they don't have the resources to provide this kind of education. Our public high school offers over 20 AP classes plus the IB Programme (their spelling).

1330------1560/2360

1210 and 1590/2370 (12th)

Yeah, in this case I took it for the Johns Hopkins Talent Search

1050 (7th) to 1490 (11th)

1390/1600 8th
vs.
2140/2400 or 1500/1600 11th

Just to prove that poor 7th grade scores are not indicative of poor 11th grade scores.

7th grade
980
11th grade
1600

how do you find out your sat score.
i took the talent search sat test, and got my scores back, but is it just the math an reading, or is it all the scores added up
