SAT I/II and ACT, do I have to send all of them?

Hi,
I got a 36/10 on the ACT/Writing and 2240 on the SAT I, with 800 on MathII, 740 on US, and am taking the SAT II Physics this weekend. I have been wondering for schools without score choice, if I have to send the SAT I if I would rather use the ACT for my application rather than the SAT I? I am required to submit the SAT II since the department requests it.

Thanks

EDIT: This is for UPenn and UChicago, if that matters.

UChicago accepts score choice and allows you to send whatever you want to send. UPenn requires both all SAT and SATII scores if you send any one SAT or SAT II score. In any event, you should send all because there is nothing wrong with any of them.
