-What are some good websites to study for the SAT II Chemistry exam?
-How hard is it to perfect score?
-Do we need to know all those reactions like we have to know for the AP exam?
-Thank you for your response :)

I don't know about websites, but Princeton Review has a good book and Kaplan has a decent one. Barron's might have one, but be warned that Barron's practice tests are harder than the real thing.

Not easy. The test is long and there are a lot of tricky questions. You need to know the ways they'll try to trip you up, as well as just knowing chemistry.

Any SAT will be significantly easier than any AP. Relax.

No problem

thinkdifferent-I have the Princeton Review Book for AP Chem, do you think that'd be enough?

Curve is a bit lenient, I think.
