So i'm taking the SAT II math 2 exam, and i was wondering if i HAD to have a graphing calculator or not? plus, i am using the barron's book, it is normal to get like a bunch of questions wrong in the diagnostic and practice tests, but get high marks in the real exam. Apparently many people have said so...
Thanks!

1) If you have a graphing calculator and know how to use it, it will be very beneficial.
2) It is not usual for one to do bad on test exams and then [by some magical power] score great marks on test.

P.S. Do you live in lala land ???

Yes, there will be a few questions which will be needed to solve using a calculator. Besides, you can store formulas and other stuff on the calculator since they don’t clear them.

The barron’s is much harder than the actual test. Don’t worry if you get a lot wrong.

um no i don’t live in lala land. I read on CC that some people got like 670s on barrons essays and got 800s…

Barron’s tests are unrealistic. I recommend you just use more toned down versions such as Kaplan. Then a week before the test, use College Board’s Math II test book and get a feel for the real deal.
