<p>I am going to take SAT II Math 2c in June. </p>
<p>I am currently taking Precalculus class and I am kind of struggling.</p>
<p>I want to at least get 730 on the test. So, I was wondering what prep book is the most comprehensive and realistic. I am not good at math at all. I've taken the diagnostic test for Math IIc at the prep center and got 560. Therefore, I would like to have a prep book that can teach me the content of Math 2c very comprehensively. It is possible for me to get at least 700 on the test just by using a prep book?
I've heard that the Barron's, Dr. Chung, and Princeton Review are good, but I don't know what is the best for me to get the score I want. Please help me out here!</p>
<p>Hey 12. What I’m doing is after my AP exams, I’ll go through the Princeton review book in basically a week and a half. So like 1 chapter a day. I’m in Pre-Calc so the math we’ve covered is basically a majority of what’s gonna be on the exam. We even went over trig. But I still need some refresher and basic understanding which is what PR is for. Barron 's doesn’t really teach you and the lessons are pretty brief and knotty. THEN after I’m done with PR I’ll take a practice test in it. And then one in Barron book. And the thing I like with Barron is that it has a diagnostics so you know exactly which chapters to focus on according to what you got wrong. I’ll look over those chapters, take another test, and take some actual college board ones, which will be ten times easier.</p>

<p>From what I’ve read, I basically need 2 prep books, Princeton Review and Barrons for the SAT 2 Math IIc right?</p>
<p>Is Princeton Review’s math 2c book called, Cracking the SAT Subject Tests MATH 1&2?</p>
<p>And, what is actual college board ones? can you post me a link for college board’s prep book and Barrons as well? I really appreciate your advice.</p>
<p>You should get a set of programs that will help you throughout the exam (even though you’re technically not supposed to, but most proctors don’t really check). I got one from my teacher and ended up getting an 800. All I had to do most of the time was plug in numbers into the programs in my calculator. I had one for distance formula, law of sine and law of cosine (which leads to SSS,SAS or AAS). They save a LOT of time. I don’t know how and where to get these programs. Maybe there are some people here that can help you get your hands on some of those. Oh, and the test isn’t that hard compared to most of the practice tests so you’ll end up doing better on the real one. I never got an 800 before taking this test. I mostly got in the 600-750 range on all the tests I’ve taken.</p>
When are you taking it? I haven’t taken it yet. probably will do it later this year.</p>
