I'm planning on applying to some ivies and Liberal arts colleges.<br>
I got 36 on my act should I retake the subject tests? Or are these fine?</p>
<p>Math is a little low for some ivies, but none of them decide on scores alone. The 36 indicates you should be able to get the Math2 up.</p>
<p>yeah the ivies expect pretty high subject scores, math should definitely be higher. which math did you take? if you take the lvl 2 one, theres a big curve on it. i believe a 45/50 gets you an 800</p>
<p>Definitely don’t send the Math IIC. That will hurt, and you only need 2 for all schools except Georgetown.</p>
<p>750 Bio is excellent and 700 USH won’t hurt you. If you can get another 750, though, go for it.</p>

Which subject tests should I take? I took ap bio and apush, so i took the subject tests. i haven’t taken ap chem yet or lit.</p>
<p>If you’re good at Chem, then it has a decent curve.</p>
<p>Lit has a really messed up curve thanks to CB. Nobody wants to take it except people already really good at lit, so you get a bell curve consisting of the top lit students and it just drags down all of the scores.</p>
<p>Unless you are apllying to a math / science major your Subject scores (even for Ivies) will be barely weighed in admissions.</p>
