does score choice apply to SAT IIs? or will colleges see all scores on all tests

Score choice does apply to Subject Tests.

^what?
where does it say that?

[SAT Score Choice - A New Way To Report SAT Scores](<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>Send SAT Scores to Colleges - SAT Suite | College Board)

Score Choice gives you the option to choose which scores (by test date for the SAT and by individual test for SAT Subject Tests™) you send to colleges—in accordance with an institution’s stated score-use practice. You can choose scores from one, several, or all SAT test dates.

Yay score choice!

Do the UCs accept score choice?

are there any reference tables supplied on the SAT II Physics Test?
if so, what is provided?

Wrong thread??

Also, don’t think there are.

@percussion boy.
Thanks for the link. I totally misread, and thought you had written that it did NOT apply to subject tests. My bad.

Hey i had some questions about score choices.

do you know what schools let you use the score choice for SAT II?

Also, if you opt to use the score choice, do the colleges know that you used score choice and didn’t send all of the scores?? for example does it specifically say that a student used the score choice (in a written form)?

Is there a written distinction in the transcript (that is sent to the colleges), between the students who used the score choice and those who did not?

thanks.

Nobody knows… lol jk. The school’s website will tell you if they don’t except it.

Don’t know. I would think so, b/c there would be know way for schools like Stanford to enforce their “you must send all scores” policy

I’m sure they know. CB might tell them or something.

Score choice for SAT Subject Tests works even for schools that don’t accept score choice on the SAT’s. I went to my “send scores” page, and for NYU, it warns you if you try to uncheck SAT scores, but it doesn’t do anything if you uncheck SAT II scores. You are allowed to remove SAT II’s, regardless of which college. I’m positive

Also, I called collegeboard, and not only did the representative tell me that there is no mark on your report that says you enabled score choice, but additionally, if you were to violate a school’s score-use policy (i.e. uncheck an SAT score even though the college doesn’t allow you to), they would never know. The only way they could know is for some reason they asked your college guidance counselor and they told them

So basically, score choice for SAT II’s works for ANY SCHOOL. So there is absolutely no reason to cancel an SAT II score, you can just uncheck it.

well, what happens if the colleges contact the collegeboard? if you don’t consent to that, it pretty much means you did something guilty.
