SAT II Subject Test: Literature (International)

Why do I always get irrationally paranoid after I take the SAT? Here I am, eight hours after the test, worrying about whether or not I remembered to bubble in all of the sections.

There was a question for the last passage, “Which one of these are not linked with age?”
A. Blind
B. Deaf
C. Caution
D. Mischief

I put D, mischief

Duuude. I feel the same way. Too stressed, don’t even know why, I can retake in December if I want to. I’m looking for 700 and I know I’ve got 6 wrong so far, so I’m bricking it.

But yeah, I got the same answer as you for that question.

SO:IDFOIXVOIDSFJOIW#JROI#@%{GS())(S)(*SDF Literature. Good night sweet Yale.

Apparently the curve is much more generous than what’s shown in the Official Study Guide?

How many questions were there?

I think I might have accidentally skipped the last poem because I don’t remember anything about youth or mischief

It would be wonderful if that was the case.

@POmani why’s that?

Was there an answer ‘indefinably’ and and an answer ‘reiterate the main idea of the poem’ for the youth poem?

Sorry Oscar, wasnt replying to your post.

I put reiterate the main idea of the poem.

Same, did you have an answer ‘indefinably’? It was the question about the meaning in context of ‘obscurely.’

Yeah I got indefinably as well. What about the question in the Sophia passage where it asked why the mother put the word ‘her’ in italics? I put ‘to show standards have dropped’

Same! How much are you expecting?

So far I reckon I’ve got 6 wrong And 39 right, with 15 unknown questions unconfirmed, so I’m really hoping for 700 or more. How about you?

Well, I think I forgot to bubble in 2 answers, and I’m pretty sure I have about 3 wrong at least so far. Hoping for 720+

Good luck man :)

You too! 10char

Does anyone remember any questions from the last poem, the poem about isolation or Maugerite, easy or hard? Trying to compile a list of answers.

What does it mean when God “ruled?”

What is not included in the poem?

What do the straits, glens, and caverns represent?

What do the first two stanzas represent?

What can be implied by the splitting of the continents? (or something similar)
