SAT II's and ACT. Cue panic.

Okay.

My SAT I score is a 2200 (800 CR, 780 W, 620 M). However, my SAT II scores are rather unimpressive. I have a 640 in Math IC (yes, I realize how pathetic that is), a 760 in lit, and a 700 in US History.

My ACT score is a 32 (36 Reading 35 English 29 Science 29 Math).

Which should I submit? Which will make me a more appealing candidate? I'm going to retake the ACT and actually study for it, and I think it's not totally unrealistic to expect a 33.

Thoughts? Please, before I panic.

i'm not familiar with ACT. but your SAT CR and WR are impressive. i see that your weakness is math. it shouldn't be TOO hard to improve math. get a tutor during the summer. but if you can get a 33 or 34 on ACT, maybe you should submit ACT instead. although i don't think it would hurt to submit ALL the scores.
