SAT II's

Required?

ACT taken instead?

Thanks

Hahah they should make SAT IIs required just so people stop asking this question.

SAT II's are optional.... which means they are OPTIONAL. And taking act is fine.

to add to MMEI's post, they "recommend" taking SAT II's, but the ACT can substitute for them.

Guess what can happen when you use the search function...

(2) <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=230832&highlight=ACT%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=230832&highlight=ACT</a></p>

SAT IIs are optional but RECOMMENDED.
For ACT takers, SAT IIs are still optional - they are not formally recommended but I will say that we still like to see SAT II exams even for ACT takers.

ACT takers should remember that the optional writing section IS REQUIRED.

thanks for the responses......

my search function doesnt work.... so that explains it Daniel....

thanks for the help
