What SAT math prep books do you guys recommend?

I am a student who didnt pay attention in high school and I am now a rising sophomore at a JC and want to transfer to a school that requires SAT/ACT scores. I am an engineering major if that matters at all..

Can anyone recommend a prep book that does a review of basic geometry and what not before diving into problems?

I've read grubers is good can anyone confirm?

thank you!

Dr.Chung’s SAT math. You’ll get a 800

I’ve read Dr. Chung’s is better used by students who already score a 650+ students- whats your take on the book?

I haven’t read Dr. Chung’s so I don’t know how it is. Just get a blue book and review all the math problems. It’s most likely that those questions will show up again in SAT

It is unlikely that any question from the Blue Book will ever appear on an SAT. As far as I know the College Board has never used the same question twice on an SAT (with a few exceptions - eg. the experimental sections, and whole tests for international students).

PWN The SAT really helped me. If you are unsure about it, google it and the guy’s website will give you a taste of the prep the book offers. I found it really great and went up 100 points immediately. My biggest issue is being able to focus on math prep, but the book is actually kind of funny and more “relaxing” to do the problems… I don’t know if that made any sense. As corny as it is, it is true. I adore this book.
