SAT math

can someone tell me why I got a 730 on math 1 and a 750 on math 2, but a 640 on SAT math and a 28 on the ACT math! I actually studied for the SAT math but not for the ACT, should I give the ACT another go?

If you took both Math1 and Math2, your math is not very good as you just wasted some money.
Math1 has a terrible curve while Math2 has the most generous curve. The content is easier in Math1, but you may or may not be able to get a better score.

SAT Reasoning Math is considered partly an intelligence test not a straightforward math test like SAT IIs. One needs to pay attention to how the questions are worded to do well on it.
