<p>Since MIT accepts both SAT + 2 SAT IIs or ACT + Writing, if you're not sure which score is better, can you just send both and let MIT use whichever one they want, or is it better to only send one of the tests?</p>
<p>I think you should send all of your scores, they will take your best</p>
<p>They will judge you based on your best scores in a particular area. So send them all.</p>
<p>Here’s an interesting statement made by an admissions officer at a highly selective school: We don’t care if its the ACT-Writing or the SAT. Though we thought when we started telling applicants that if they took the SAT they also needed 2 subject tests that they might realize we indeed think the ACT is a very good test, but somehow the East Coasters still think schools prefer the SAT. We don’t.</p>
