Hello everyone. I am currently greatly frustrated and scared all because of SAT registration. So here is the story (unsolved until this moment):
I was trying to register for the November SAT Test (for the first time) and when I got to the payment section, I entered in the card details and clicked submit. However, the next page took me back to the Admission Ticket site and said “Service Error”. Then I decided to try it again because I thought there was a problem with a card. But nothing changed and then my dad told me that he received text messages (FOUR TIMES) that money was being transferred out of the card!??!?!??!?! Until this moment my registration process stands “INCOMPLETE”. I mailed the site but they told me to wait two days for a reply so I called them and the lady said that if the status calls for “INCOMPLETE”, then the money was probably not transferred. My parents called the bank, because we still weren’t sure if the money was being transferred out and the bank just told them that they cannot check if the money is being transferred or cancel the payment. This is truly frustrating and if I just paid $484 for a single test then I am going to flip and sue the site.
