SAT Practice Test on Collegeboard-Does It Help?

After weeks of studying for the SAT, I am going to take a practice test that collegeboard gives. I see they give the option that says you can take it online, so I'll end up doing that. In your opinion, has it helped you gauge as to around what score you'll get on the SAT?

Feel free to give me any insightful comments you may have regarding this test.

The current online practice test is a real SAT, previously administered in October 2005. If you take it under test-like conditions (timed, no distractions, etc.) you’ll get a very good estimate of the score you’ll actually get. If you can, print it out instead and do the bubbling; you’ll get an even better estimate.
