SAT Prep Books

Hey everyone,

I tried searching for this but I couldn't really find any good advice.

What are the best prep books for the following SAT II's, and where can I find out what the curves out for each test.

US History
Math I
Math II
Physics
Biology
Chemistry

Also, is it possible to score well (750+) on Physics or Chemistry without taking an AP course? I want to take either Physics or Chem this year, but I'm currently taking 2 honors courses. My school doesn't offer an AP physics and I won't be able to take AP chem until senior year. How much will I have to learn myself in addition to my honors classes to be well prepared for these tests?

Thanks for the help.

US History: kaplan
Math I: Sparknotes (way better than Barrons)
Math II: Sparknotes (better than barrons, also recommend their 5 practice tests)
Physics: Kaplan
Biology: Princeton Review
Chemistry: Princeton Review

bump, and one more question, is it worth it to take Math IC and IIC and get an additional 750+(from IC) or would it not really mean anything to top schools (HYPSM) because you already have a good IIC score.

A Math 1 and Math 2 score would be redundant for admissions. If you've got a 750+ on the M2, then you've proven you can handle the math. Make sure to pick up the CB's own Real SAT IIs. They have sample curves for all of the tests (but remember that curves vary from admin to admin based on the raw difficulty of the exam).

is sparkntotes for sat iic better than barrons? i thought it wasnt' that good :(
