I took the SAT this month and got a 1740. CR- 550 M- 560 W- 630

I bought the CollegeBoard Official SAT Study Guide book and an SAT prep book specifically for math, but I didn't study too much. I really need to raise my scores higher, especially CR and M. I am taking the SAT again in October and am hoping for at least a 1900. I think as far as CR goes, my weakness is the vocabulary fill in the blank portion.

What is the best prep book/tool/guide/trick for scoring higher in CR? Is it possible to go from a 1740 to above a 1900 after studying all summer? I feel like I can get a high 600-700+ on the writing section too. MC was good but essay was a really low score than what I'm used to.

BTW, universities I want to apply to: UC Santa Barbara, Syracuse, Penn State, Florida State, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UC Davis, CSU San Diego, CSU Long Beach, maybe some SUNYs

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!
