SAT Q of D

I don't usually expect this kind of problem to be on the SAT, but it was a really difficult one.

Does anyone have a simple way that helps approach this question?

The Official SAT Question of the Day

All I did was divide 253 hours by 24 (hours in a day) to see that the answer I was looking for was approximately ten and a half days (~10.54) from Saturday.

Saturday at 4 PM + 10 Days = Tuesday 4 PM

Tuesday at 4 PM + (1/2) day = ~Wednesday 4 AM

Answer: Wednesday 5 AM

If you just break the question down into simple steps, it should become much easier for you.

253=13(mod 24) and 13 hours from 4 pm is 5 am

^^^^^^
That’s what I did.
