I have 5 days until the official registration deadline for June 5; however, all the testing locations near me within 75 miles , including my school, are completely filled already. I need to take the subject tests because I'm afraid I might forget everything over the summer. I am in panic mode right now. I know I should have registered earlier, but was so caught up in state standardized testing and studying for APs. What should I do? Can I tell my school to make room for one more person or drive about 85 miles to another location?

Call your school/ask your guidance counselor. If need be call collegeboard. I would never drive 85 miles to an unfamiliar location for the
SATS

how would it work though because I have to register through the website?

Check with your guidance counselor. You can sometimes be on a standby list and show up at the school the morning of the test. Usually there will be no-shows and they will let you test. My daughter did that and it worked out fine. Can you take subject tests in June?

Well, you are allowed to register for the subject tests in June but i think it is unlikely that people will not show up for the subject tests. Did your daughter have to pay an extra fee?
