what would a college see in around a 100 point difference in SAT Reading/Verbal scores?
I plan to take the SAT two or three times, (maybe once) depending on my scores. But from practice tests, my score can range from 2-3 verbal/reading questions wrong total to a 650, so what might a college think with two scores such as 750 and 650? Also, do they see a breakdown by section, because I get almost 80% of my english questions wrong on the section with multiple readings.

650 annd 750 are generally considered in different level brackets, good for different types of schools. You have much more of a change of getting into a high ivy with a ~750 than ~650 in your subject tests/ sat's subscores.
