SAT scores from Middle School

Hi. I took the SAT scores in middle school as part of the john's hopkins talent search program. My scores don't show up on my current score report. How does that work? Are they supposed to? Are they disqualified b/c I took it in middle school? Are they archived? I don't want them on my score report so I want to make sure they won't show up when I send them to colleges! If somebody knows I'd really appreciate an answer.

Thanks!

The score reports you send to colleges will only include scores AFTER eighth grade.

They're still in the archives though.

theoneo is correct.

Colleges cannnot see your middle school scores unless you want them to. If so, then you need to request CB retrieve the old scores from the archives (which, I'm sure, costs $$).

you mean, even if they are on the current score reports, the colleges can't see them? My eighth grade scores are STILL on my score report (unlike chloe's). And i have to apply for colleges soon. HELP. i've emailed and called them to take it away, and they haven't done it yet!

definitely call them asap.

Luckily, it doesn't cost money to retrieve scores from the archives (I called them asking about it, and the rep kept emphasizing "free of charge"). However, if you don't want them to show up, you're already set.

bookworm89, unfortunately, it looks like colleges will see the scores - if they're on the score report, colleges will see them (unless, of course, you can get them off in the meantime). Call them and ask about it.
