"SAT Scores Not Received"?

<p>I just received an email from Carnegie Mellon saying that they have not received my SAT scores, even though I sent them already. Could this be because my name on the SAT is slightly different than the one I used for my app? The one on the SAT is missing a letter, because it couldn't fit.</p>

<p>Should I email them and tell them? Or resend the SAT? I'm somewhat worried, because its kinda close to decision letters time, and I don't want a silly mistake to affect my application....</p>

<p>resend the SAT + call them tomorrow asap and tell them about the discrepancy. from my experience, email has a slow turnaround time.</p>

<p>Agree with moonraker. Forget the email and call, it will probably be easier to straighten it out if you talk to someone.</p>

<p>Thanks for the advice guys. I'll call them and find out what happened. (Even though I'm an international, its gonna be expensive, lol)</p>
