SAT Scores vs ACT

If you got these scores, which ones would you send to UCSD/WUSTL, or other competitive schools to optimize your chances?

ACT: (new format, sept 2015) composite 33, english 36, math 33, reading 34, science 30, writing 31

SAT: 2110 total, 760 math, 680 writing, 670 reading, essay 8
2120 total, 760 math, 670 writing, 690 reading, essay 8

SAT II: molecular bio 730, spanish w/o listening 720, apush 740

AP: world history 4, spanish 5, apush 4, bio 4

I would send the ACT of you had to choose, but both are good scores so if you have the money, just send all the scores.

unfortunately the SAT did not accurately express my english abilities and my ACT did not express my math abilities LOL. I know the SAT is solid, but its still a good 80-100 points below the average accepted from my school to these competitive schools (from Naviance). Is that a good reason to not send them?
