Do Universities care for all your SAT scores, or they do they focus on your highest i.e suppose you take the SAT the first time and you do terribly, you sit for another and do well, will the first score hinder your application?

Well, they don’t focus on any SAT specifically. Universities understand that not everyone can crack a test like the SAT in their first try and get a high score. They expect you to take the SAT multiple times to achieve your best score (unless ofcourse you’ve gotten a score that you feel is enough in your first try). This being said, they don’t appreciate it being taken more than 3 times. I mean, it has 3 sections right, the most times you take it, the more advantage you have, so in conclusion, too many times isn’t good, but twice is perfectly alright.
