On average, how many questions, out of 50, must you get right in order to receive a score of 750 or higher?

I hear that you can miss a couple of questions on Math II and still get 800 (don’t know why, it would seem that a higher proportion get perfect scores on Math II).

My guess would be 43-45 points out of 50 (# correct - (# wrong / 4)).

For the June test, if you miss 7-8, you might get 800. So I would guess about 10-12 for 750.

Missing 7-8 definitely puts you out of the range for an 800 on the June test. The curve is either a raw of 42 or 43, but missing 7 would give you a raw of 41.

I thought 42-43 was the raw score. Missing could also mean not answering, not just plain wrong.

Oh. I guess “missing” is kind of misleading then xp I usually just say omitting.

Omitting = 0 points
Missing = -1/4 point

There’s a difference.

No, I mean that when I see the word missing, it could mean either omitting or getting it wrong for me. That’s why I tend to not say missing.
