I was wondering whether a 750 on Math Level II and a 720 on U.S History is good enough for Princeton? Or for that matter any of the top-tier schools.
I would say OK. If you are trying for Princeton Engineering, higher math would be helpful.
Depends on the rest of your application. If you focus on academics, I would say that is a bit low. But if you were, say, the best violin player in the country or something, that could make up for a lack in scores.
I think those scores are fine personally, but I wouldn’t worry too much about SAT II scores if the rest of your app is a standout. I just got accepted to four ivies and some other great schools having never taken a single subject test.
