<p>If you don’t demonstrate knowledge of high school subjects through SAT IIs or AP/IB test scores, H might think you are a naturally intelligent slacker. Of course all of your scores need not be “exceptionally good,” especially if you aren’t going for the academic superstar route.</p>
<p>The vast majority of accepted students at ivy league schools have SAT scores of about 2100 and better, and Subject Test scores of about 700 or better. Once you hit those thresholds, you are within a college’s range and then other more subjective factors come into play: your transcript, teacher recommendations, guidance counselor report, essays and EC’s.
