Sat subject tests

So i was wondering about sat 2's and how many you should really take. The colleges i want to go to say they require two, but i was wondering if it is better to do 3? I know i will do better if i just take my sat 2 math, and history on one day instead of taking those two and chemistry. So would it be wise to take just two? Or should i take three, becausse i should go higher than the requirements, even though i will probably score less? help!

i am planning to take 3 or 4 but I don't know the factor by which it matters.

If you can do well on more than 2, I'd say go for it.

I took 5. The number you take doesn't really matter that much, but if you're confident on getting 700+ on each test just do them. You've got nothing to lose, and having 5 SAT II's with a 750 avg is more impressive than 2 SAT II's with a 770 avg.

Just don't let studying interfere with your extra-curriculars, however.
