SAT subject tests?

<p>Does UMich require SAT Subject Tests? </p>

<p>I thought they didn't require them, but on my Collegeboard calendar, it says "02/01 U Michigan: SAT Subject Tests score report due"</p>

<p>Not required, but if you have them, send them. I sent mine in and I’m pretty sure a good score will boost your application.</p>

The University of Michigan does not require SAT Subject Tests (SAT IIs) for admission. We require either the SAT Reasoning Test or ACT with writing for freshman consideration. If the SAT Subject test results are sent to our office, they will be considered in the admissions decision. If the student is admitted, the tests may be used to determine placement. If a student has been fully or partially home-schooled, SAT Subject tests may be required.

they might be required for a special admit program, like engineering or something</p>
