Wut subject test do most people applying to BC take? and wut are average scores for those test?

They don’t release that kind of info
But just take whatever you’re most comfortable with

Dear babysnowman : If you were looking to do the most good with an SAT II exam, be sure to take a language exam to demonstrate proficiency. With a score of 550 or better, you will be able to place out of your undergraduate language core requirements.

^however, to add to Scott’s post, I would NOT send a 550 to admissions. It won’t help. If I had to guess, I would assume that BC’s subject test scores are as high as the SAT, if not higher. Since BC accepts the ACT+W without subject tests, low subject test scorers won’t send them in. But obviously, anyone scoring in the 700’s would likely send them in even if they took the ACT.

I will start as a Freshman in Sept. I took 2 SAT subject tests. I scored a 720 in Bio and a 720 in Math 2. Act score was 32. I hope this helps.

@ben51094 why didn’t u take the math 1 subject test. isnt the material easier than the math 2 material

I have been told that the Math 1 is easier than Math 2. I chose Math with the advice of my math coor. I scored a 750 on the Math section of my SATs.

Math 1 is easier than Math 2, but Math 2 offers a huge curve. You can essentially answer 6-8 questions wrong on the test and still pull off an 800.

thats why i took math 2 instead of math 1. i figured the huge curve made up for the fact that it was harder, and it would probably look better to take the harder test.
