Is it possible for me to get into UVA by taking the Math I and II and U.S. HIstory Subject Tests?

Taking certain subject tests doesn’t make you get into UVa. UVa doesn’t say anything about what subject tests you can take other than you have to take two.
Just focus on Math 2. math 1 is useless. having high scores on your Subject tests will definitely help, but they do not grant you automatic admission haha.
