SAT vs. ACT

<p>Assuming I get 2300+ on my SAT, is taking the ACT necessary? And I'm talking about for schools like MIT, Harvard, Duke, and Caltech.</p>

<p>No, those and all colleges readily accept either SAT or ACT and you never need both.</p>
