SAT with essay score report dilemma

Q1 - What score will make more sense for colleges who says they care about essay score?
Q2 - What score will make more sense for colleges who says they DO NOT care about essay score?

SAT essay score is always visible with SAT regular score

a. SAT 1550/1600 + SAT essay 16/24 essay
OR
b. SAT 1450/1600 + SAT essay 18/24 essay

As an FYI, both essays scores are very good, and the 16 vs 18 difference is meannglless, while the 1550 is significantly better than the 1450.

That’s what we have been tilting towards so far but additional opinion is very helpful …

So just to make sure, are you saying that there is no real need / value in sending score b…along with score a? Just score itself is enough.

So long as the college does not require all scores, no. You can send both if you want, but it really won’t help/hurt. If it were me, I’d just send the one.
