So I’m taking the world history test in June, and I did a sample test from the study guide from college board. And I scored poorly. I found that there are huge part of the topics in the test that we did not cover throughout the school year. For example, things about nomadic lifestyle, paleolithic age and things like that. I’m really freak out and I don’t know what to do. It seems to me not like a small gap that happens to most of school, it’s like we teach in a total different way that the college board want. However, most of the things we learned match the study guide that sparknote gives, but I don’t know if that means anything.
We are using McDougal Littell: Patterns of Interaction. Anyone used it before? And my school is not really a good school by all means… so is it just because of our school? or it’s a common thing? I’m getting really worry.
Any advice or suggestion would be really helpful!!!
Thanks!
