I only had one writing section so I knew this question counted. This was the last problem and it was about coffee and how doctors and leaders were skeptical about coffee. It asked u to change the sentence "Although it seems ridiclous now, it had reasons to be justifable. Something like that. I chose the answer choice with leaders becuase it was unclear weather it talked about the doctors or the leaders. However, both were in the answer choices,.. So did u guys put correct as it is, leaders, or doctor

does anyone know

i left it as it was....but i thought about the same thing u did.

but i was advised that in the SAT's college board makes it so the writing is cons ice and straightforward.

dang so im wrong?"

No, I changed it to the leaders too. The pronoun was unclear.

it said it like 5x in the sentence so it was really unclear what they were referring to. i changed it to c i think but i dont remember the answer (something about the unknown effects)

yeah leaders

I put leaders....collegeboard wants you to be concise, but not ambiguous

it is ambiguous. It should be clear what it refers to, so using the specific words is the better choice.

The answer was like "Although it seems ridiculous now, the authorities' fear of coffee drinking was justifiable back then blah blah"

That one was right.

Yeah, I put authority's fear as well.

second the last two posts. it was authorities.
