SAT2 Bio:740, Math2:750

Hello I am a rising senior in high school and I have 740 on sat bio, which I took after freshmen biology (I took ap bio junior yr and got a 5 on the ap exam), and 750 in math 2. I am planning to major in biomedical engineering and my dream schools are jhu and duke. Will retaking those two sat2s and raising the score to near 800 increase my chance of getting into my dream schools? I know this is little info to chance me for the schools but I wanna know if higher sat2 scores will have any positive effects. Thanks in advance :)

well maybe math you could retake cause it’s easy to get an 800 but 60 points on bio probably wont make that much of a difference.

Keep in mind that when colleges calculate your academic index, they don’t care how easy it is to get a certain score. Generally, 750+ is the safe zone for any subject test at any top-tier school. If you have the time/money/will to retake bio and you think you’d do better, I may look into doing that, but your math is fine.

Thank you guys for your advice :)
