SATs a third time?

Does it look bad to take the SATs 3 times? My highest are currently 730 (CR) 690 (W) 630 (M). I really want to raise my math to a 700. Is this even feasible??

This is a FAQ.

I took it a third time, and I'm very happy I did. I got a 2120 on each of my first two, but I got a 2280 my third time. If you improve, I don't think it looks bad at all.

Very useful link, thanks a bunch.

Even among people who would discourage you from taking the test too many times--and tokenadult, I know and respect your opinion on this subject but I'm not completely sure I agree with you :) --there's general agreement that up to 3 times is fine. I don't know anybody who thinks 3 times is a bad idea. So go for it!
