<p>I have a hard time believing this. 2400 isn't "perfection", per se. On some tests you can miss a couple questions on every section and still get a perfect score. On some tests one mistake on the math section can take you down 20 points.</p>

<p>I think once you crack 2350, then any extra points aren't going to make a difference. The difference between a 2350 and a 2400 is a matter of maybe 60 seconds of concentration, or one or two obscure vocabulary words. A 2350 shows that a student could take the test again and get a 2400 under the right conditions.</p>
