SATwriter's or sparknotes vocabulary list

MAy I ask which is a better vocabulary list? Satwriter's http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/1191190-top-400-vocabulary-words.html or sparknotes 1000 words here: http://img.sparknotes.com/content/testprep/pdf/sat.vocab.pdf

Those seem of moderate length for me (not too short like 300 words, not too long like 3500 words: by the way, is the barron's 3500 words even made by barron's? I can't find it for sale in the barron's site)

Thanks!

I used sparknotes, and I am ALMOST 100% sure I got all the vocab right on yesterday’s test. Also do sparknotes top 250 words as well. They really helped.

Sparknotes is more widely used, I studied from them for my test I got decent score.
