Say I get into both UC Berkeley CoE and Columbia Fu... Which is more presitigous?

<p>Well, Columbia itself is ranked high (#9), and Berkeley moderately high (#21), but Columbia's engineering program is ranked so low (#25) compared to UCB's (#2).</p>

<p>Which would be more prestigious for grad school?</p>

<p>If you ask me, Cal is more prestigious when it comes to Engineering. Overall, they are about equally prestigious, with Columbia being more prestigious on the East Coast and Cal more prestigious on the West Coast.</p>
