You got me a top of the line company issued laptop. I put in a ticket to report the laptop felt too hot to me from the first day I got it. I was told it was working fine and I was just being too sensitive. I finally received a call from tech support yesterday about my ticket. The person who called let me know the other tech person had resigned and he was just cleaning up his tickets. Upon looking into my laptop issue, the new SA told me to stop using the laptop right away because it is a fire hazard!! It is on a recall list and has been for a while. Really?!! He wanted me to return the laptop right away. Well, except I am going on a business trip tomorrow for a week and there is no way I could travel without a laptop. I was told to never leave the laptop plugged in unattended and not to have it on for too long.
Express Scripts you are almost out of my life forever!! 2 weeks after you made a huge mistake and sent me 3/4 of my medication as per the prescription you tell me it’s just waiting to be sent once I pay? But the good news is I found out that since I’ve gone on Medicare, I am not bound by mail order any more! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you are the WORST company ever. And now, farewell.

Why are you letting the insurance company stall YET AGAIN? They have lied about this multiple times since November, then they claimed that they were mailing a summary (unnecessary and irrelevant) a month ago and never did, and now wanted 3 weeks MORE to send this unnecessary summary? You finally got to someone (why you stopped ant a claims rep. level again instead of a supervisor like we discussed is beyond me) and that they (again) agreed that it was processed incorrectly and would send it back “for review” is BS. This has already happened TWICE since NOVEMBER, before you were even involved. They send it “for review” and it doesn’t get reprocessed. I am over this! You said that you put it in for escalation at your company, but because you think you got “some traction” they might back off. That is NOT OK. Apparently DH’s HR manager looked into your sluggish responses and complained. With good reason! Give this to someone up the escalation chain who can actually get this fixed. Correctly.
Okay one more time … it’s HIPAA not HIPPA.

USPS: Thanks to that service that sends us a screenshot every morning f the mail we should be expecting that day, I get to see how much ISN’T getting delivered. I send you a notice of what we didn’t get, but am guessing that goes into a black hole.
Dear FedEx: I did not provide you with an apartment number because THEY DON’T LIVE IN AN APARTMENT. Which your driver would know had he actually turned into their town house complex because THERE ARE NO APARTMENT NUMBERS THERE. Because no apartments. Get it?

Ok, here’s my 2nd attempt to send a small flat rate care package to D. Hope this time it isn’t stolen!
H is compiling a price quote of how much it costs to replace our fence that was discarded by neighbor, with total square footage. We spoke with the contractor who is installing irrigation and landscaping.
The contractor knows we are VERY angry and the neighbor admitted to the contractor that “he made a mistake.” We shall see how we can resolve this. We told the contractor we have no problems with court as I’m very comfortable in court.

To the person who was going to “observe” our bridge game today: We have been playing together for several years. Its a social game- not a duplicate game, but you are new to the game and are mostly playing on line. When you come to “observe” and we invite you to join in as we rotate hands, that does not mean you tell everyone who to play, interrupt the people who are gently trying to tell you how we play. We aren’t really interested in changing how we play to suit someone new to the game, and to our longtime group. And when you are the dummy, no, you cannot point to a card to “hint” to the person playing what card they should play next. That is not allowed.
Not looking forward to having a pushy know it all join our game, especially when they don’t know it all. Yes, we do like to help each other with bidding- that’s how we learn, but if you haven’t learned something yet, listen, don’t blather on.
You sir, are an idiot. You sent out emails stating the trip leaves on Tuesday and the kids are expected on campus Monday for a research day. I put it on my calendar. Tonight I downloaded the trip calendar. Sunday: Information and research day. Monday: departure for the airport.
After a half hour of panic during which I thought my child missed her day of trip preparation and needs to leave for the airport at 9 am tomorrow morning I looked more closely at the schedule. Sunday, March 5th and Monday, March 6th. Moron, today (Sunday) is March 4th.
