SBU vs NYU POLY vs SIT

<p>So my choices are between Stonybrook, NYU Polytechnic, and Stevens Institute.</p>

<p>I'm looking for a college with more of a social life, preferably near the city. As a female, the NYU and SIT male to female ratio is kinda off and was wondering how the females feel about the campus since it's male dominant. I'm wondering about scholarships, academics, campu, etc. I like NYU Poly but I'd want to be at the Manhattan campus and was wondering if I can take classes there. I want an overall good school and was wondering which is better and why.</p>

<p>I believe that stonybrook is 8k+room, nyu im not sure after the merge, and Stevens is 45k+room</p>

<p>The price difference is high enough to eliminate Stevens (versus Stony Brook) for most people in this situation.</p>
