A couple Ivies have already come out and said they would release this week.
Does anyone feel like Yale might do the same but just isn't coming out and saying it?
Or do you think it'll be the 15th? OR not this week but sooner than the 15th?
Post what you think and if you have any reason to believe why! :]
(how has it been past years, etc..)

I’d be pleasantly surprised if it were earlier than the 15th, but given that it’s always been the 15th in the past, I don’t expect anything to change this year.

Ooh that’d be nice! Will mail be the only method of letting applicants know? Or can you check your ELI account, etc.?

In my email from Yale about my Eli account it said directly that December 15 would be the early action notification date! And I’m guessing the decisions will be released at 5 EST.

which Ivies have already come out?

“come out and said”…
To my knowledge, Columbia, Penn, Cornell, Dartmouth have announced that they’d release within this week.
4 of 8 Ivies! Why couldn’t Yale be one of them…?

<a href=“Application Management”>Application Management;

Maybe it’s because the other 4 schools are ED, while Yale is SCEA? (along with Harvard, Princeton)

^Agh, logic :P

I think Stanford is releasing their REA/SCEA decisions this Friday, but yeah unless Yale announces anything it’ll be on the 15th at around 5.
