nice gesture.....anyone else get an email asking you to select a T shirt

Sure did! One more reason to love Yale.

will you be wearing yours, harvard :)

indeed 24 / 7

Hehe, this is what I look forward to if I get accepted... I have some time to go before my time comes, though...

Nice to see a good spirit about :)

Harvard gives out t-shirts too - at Prefrosh Weekend in April. They also send a certificate of acceptance (suitable for framing), a Harvard decal for the back of the parents' minivan, and cookie dough mix with instructions and a cookie cutter in the shape of a block "H". Dozens of billions of dollars can buy a lot of marketing!

WOW! Had we but known....

I'm so excited to get my Yale Tshirt! I don't think I can even wear it to school though, not without appearing like I'm bragging. I guess I'll just wear it around the house when nobody's looking :)

Has anyone gotten their t-shirt yet?

I want mine now -- I so desperately need to flaunt my acceptance ;)!

i ordered mine weeks ago but it still is nowhere to be found...
and i second the flaunting thing lobgent :p

Got mine 2 days ago. It's nice I guess, but I feel awkward wearing it.

The huge Y in the back also confuses some people. They don't realize it's a college t-shirt.

asinine, in our part of the country a big Y either means BYU (Brigham Young) or the YMCA. I hope my D will wear hers....haven't seen it yet.

I dont know...the Y is really, really big! (And not in a really good way.)

I love Yale, but the shirt will ONLY be worn on campus/or around Yalies.
