Scholarship based on SAT score and not GPA

<p>Are there any colleges that weigh scholarships on SAT scores alone. I just found out that I got an 800 in Math and 650 in Verbal and 650 in Writing. The only problem is my GPA is 3.0 in a very challenging High School setting.</p>
