<p>I know there have been people who were finalists for both the Nemerov and for the Honorary Scholars program. Beyond that, no idea.</p>

Yes, not only can you be a finalist for more than one scholarship - you can be awarded more than one scholarship and thus be a participant in more than one Scholars program. I know of several people who are participants in more than one program. The people I know have 1/2 tuition scholarships in two programs for a total of full tuition plus a stipend.</p>
<p>Remember that a Scholars program consists of more than just the money. It offers special programs, seminars, additional mentoring & advisors, orientations, research opportunities and a community of supportive peers and quite a bit more. These other features are a big plus - especially in your freshman year.</p>
