<p>Where are you reading about the Harold Stirling scholarship? There are a couple scholarships named after Harold Stirling and I do not think they are related to the CV scholarship.</p>

<p>Yes, there are many scholarships under the umbrella of CV scholarship. I believe many of them are named scholarships supported by various donors. In other words, there are other named scholarships under CV in addition to Harold Stirling. </p>
