<p>I’m pretty sure you have to resend anything you want the scholarship committee to see, even if essays or recs are identical. Even the “Application for Academic Scholarships and Fellowships” requires you to fill in the same kind of info already submitted (test scores, ECs, rank, etc.). So it needs to be a stand-alone application, as far as I can tell.</p>
<p>I don’t know about supplemental stuff. You could either call and ask, or send it, anyway.</p>
<p>Send it with your scholarship application. Scholarship and admission decisions are made independently.</p>
